 In the most recent years new products were added to our offerings, namely the Rinnai Tankless Water Heaters.  We now can offer the Concord single stage 95% efficient gas furnace.  This furnace will deliver your heat by using far less gas.  This furnace qualifies for the 30% tax credit offered by the IRS through the end of 2010.  Additionally you may qualify for a rebate from Consumers Energy as well.  The State of Michigan is also offering a rebate for the purchase and certified installation of this product.

Heating news!

Hydronic heating is seeing a new demand in residential heating.  This uses a hot water boiler which uses the natural rising of warm air to heat your home.

 This kind of piping can supply heating directly to floors, sidewalks and driveway.  When installed in floors, the heat originates in the floor and rises naturally in the room.  This provides an extremely even heat in rooms.  this system can even heat indoor pools.
