WHAT IS NEW???
RINNAI tankless water heaters are now available installed. This
water heater only uses gas when someone is drawing hot water.
The heater lights on call, heats water to a pre-selected
temperature, there is no need to set your shower to mix as the
heater will automatically maintain your selected temperature.
The gas saving is significant, as you are no longer keeping 30 to
52 gallons of water hot all the time, including the idle time of
burning the pilot light.
RINNAI heaters are advertised nationally by Paul Harvey radio
on ABC, and on the Rush Limbaugh Radio Programme.
SLANT FIN and Dunkirk hot water boiler replacements are
available, with quick attention to your needs particularly in cold
weather.
Complete heating and cooling packages are available for new
builds, and to retrofit existing homes.
Some of the new high efficiency gas appliances qualify for a tax
credit on your income taxes. Check with your tax expert.
Electrical Service Panels need to be kept up to date, as old,
loose connections can themselves cause overheating, and other
problems that could be serious. Estimates for Service
replacements are always free.
Electrical upgrades for remodeling are important for a completely
safe effort. Codes have been upgraded, and new requirements
are in place for sleeping quarters in particular. As always the
