Our installation crew is headed by Mike McCarthy, a
3rd generation member. Mike's expertise is vast and
skilled. He and his crew will fabricate sheet metal
parts on your jobsite, and will install your job as if it
was his own home. Electrical work in residential
applications was our first offering, and in the mid
1980's we began to offer mechanical work and
installations and service.
In the most recent years, new products were added to
our offerings, namely the Rinnai tankless water
heaters, and the Briggs and Stratton optional
stand-by electrical generators.
HEATING NEWS!
In recent years, there has been a resurgence of
hydronic heating. This kind of heating uses a forced
hot water boiler to heat water that will be forced
through a piping system.
This kind of piping can supply heating directly to
floors, sidewalks, and driveways. When installed in
floors, the heat originates in the floor and rises
naturally in the room. This provides an extremely
even heat in the rooms. This system can even heat
indoor pools.
REPLACEMENTS
Is it time to consider replacing your older furnace or
central air conditioner? As this equipment ages, the
cost of operation increases. You may qualify for a tax
credit when replacing a furnace or air conditioner, or
when installing a Rinnai tankless water heater, consult
your tax preparer.
