What is new??
In this area, the new gas/energy saving product is the
RINNAI tankless water heater. This heater uses natural gas
only during the time that users are calling for hot water.
There is no pilot burning constantly using gas, as this
heater is calibrated to deliver hot water constantly while
the user faucet is on. There is no further need to mix your
hot water with cold, as you can program the delivered
water temperature. These units may qualify for Federal
Income Tax credits.
Also new to Mid-Michigan is high efficiency heat pumps.
These units by Heil-Quaker division of the International
Comfort Products division of Carrier Corportaiion, can save
significant dollars on energy. These are now available
installed.
Heil is offering an extended parts warranty free on
systems purchased through December, 31, 2008
